The listing is for ONE shirt/outfit based on selection made under the "STYLE" dropdown.
🦄For girls: The 'outfit' option will include a top, matching hairbow and bottoms as shown in the listing photo. Hairbows will be approximately 6in and have an alligator clip.
🐲 For boys: The "w/shorts" option will include shorts.
Selections with a sleeve length only, will only include the shirt.
Fabrics, thread colors, and ribbons may vary based on availability.
||SIZING||
Items are true to size. If your child is between sizes, we suggest sizing up. 0-3m, 3-6m, and 6-12m are onesies. 12m and up are shirts. Newborn and 12-18m onesies are available upon request. 6m shirts are available upon request. Please message us if you have any additional questions.

Our current turnaround time is indicated in our shop announcements.
Standard domestic shipping is via USPS First Class and takes approximately 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for USPS delays that are out of our control.
If you need your items by a specific date, please let us know the date in the "notes to seller" at checkout. If you need your item within 2 weeks, please select rush shipping at checkout.
International shipping is via First Class and times can not be approximated.

||PERSONALIZATION||
Personalization is available as shown on the design. Due to sizing and design layout, some requests may not be possible. Your shirt will be beautifully embroidered with the name or initials in the exact order that you request. Monograms are not available for all designs and personalization will be as shown in the listing photo (name or monogram). We prefer you to leave full name for monograms as they will be in the traditional order, example: Taylor Elizabeth Smith would be tSe. For single names or nicknames, please give the name as requested. Please be sure to include this information in the "personalization" section at checkout.
We do not claim ownership of images. The price you pay is the price for the time spent preparing and decorating the images. All rights belong to the creators of images.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care instructions
Machine wash shirts, inside out, in cold water on delicate or hand-wash. Lay flat to dry. Iron inside out, if needed. Vinyl appliques should not be ironed. Spot-clean tutus as needed. If tutus get wrinkled, hang in a steamy bathroom for 10 - 15 minutes with bathroom door closed. The steam will release the wrinkles. Wrinkle Release spray works well, also.
Custom and personalized orders
For personalized items, please include the name in the "notes to seller" at checkout.
Additional return/exchange info
Since most of our items are custom/personalized, we can not accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake, please let us know within 24hr of receiving your order, and we will collaborate on the best solution for the situation.
Sizing details
Our items run true to size, but if you would like a little extra room or extended wear, we advise sizing up one size.

I have not received my package as expected, what should I do?
Sugar Hill Design Co. is not responsible for delayed, stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our workshop, the responsibility lies with the United States Post Office. Please check your tracking information regularly, once your receive a shipping notification email.
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office and ask for the Postmaster at your local branch. They are able to identify exactly where the package was placed what could have possibly happened to it.
Sizing details
Children's sizes are available as follows:
◽Girls' Ruffled Onesies are 0-3m through 6-12m, Newborn and 12-18m onesies are available upon request.
◽Girls' Ruffled short and long sleeve shirts are available in 12m-12 girls.
◽Girls' sleeveless tops are available seasonally in 12m-10 girls.
◽Unisex onesies are 0-3m through 6-12m, Newborn and 12-18m onesies are available upon request.
◽Unisex shirts are available in 12m-10 boys.
All adult tees are unisex sizing. Women's flowy racerback tanks are available in misses' sizes xs-2xl.
