Care instructions
Machine wash shirts, inside out, in cold water on delicate or hand-wash. Lay flat to dry. Iron inside out, if needed. Vinyl appliques should not be ironed. Spot-clean tutus as needed. If tutus get wrinkled, hang in a steamy bathroom for 10 - 15 minutes with bathroom door closed. The steam will release the wrinkles. Wrinkle Release spray works well, also.
Custom and personalized orders
For personalized items, please include the name in the "notes to seller" at checkout.
Additional return/exchange info
Since most of our items are custom/personalized, we can not accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake, please let us know within 24hr of receiving your order, and we will collaborate on the best solution for the situation.
Sizing details
Our items run true to size, but if you would like a little extra room or extended wear, we advise sizing up one size.

I have not received my package as expected, what should I do?
Sugar Hill Design Co. is not responsible for delayed, stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our workshop, the responsibility lies with the United States Post Office. Please check your tracking information regularly, once your receive a shipping notification email.
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office and ask for the Postmaster at your local branch. They are able to identify exactly where the package was placed what could have possibly happened to it.
Sizing details
Children's sizes are available as follows:
◽Girls' Ruffled Onesies are 0-3m through 6-12m, Newborn and 12-18m onesies are available upon request.
◽Girls' Ruffled short and long sleeve shirts are available in 12m-12 girls.
◽Girls' sleeveless tops are available seasonally in 12m-10 girls.
◽Unisex onesies are 0-3m through 6-12m, Newborn and 12-18m onesies are available upon request.
◽Unisex shirts are available in 12m-10 boys.
All adult tees are unisex sizing. Women's flowy racerback tanks are available in misses' sizes xs-2xl.
