Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Turnaround Time:

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Occasionally,  orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Unless an upgrade is purchased, all orders will ship via USPS First Class mail. Once items leave our facility, we are not longer responsible for the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. Tracking info is provided via the email address given at checkout.


Our return policy period lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or your return will not be processed. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Within your return, please include a note with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.



If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

Please hold onto your tracking information just in case you might need it later when contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request once we receive your package. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Reason for Exchange 

Damaged Items

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at with a picture of the item within 3 days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sugar Hill Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility of USPS, UPS or FedEx- please watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. 
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please email us at so we can assist you.

Personalized Items

Please note that personalized items will be personalized as requested. We are not responsible for typos or errors made when placing the order. If for some reason the item is not as requested, please contact us within 3 days to resolve the situation. Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged.
